I spoke to Josh about tech solutions and he’s extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain things in a way I could understand and he didn’t bat an eye when I asked what must have seemed like silly questions. We just want to thank you TRIS for all your help. We've worked with many IT guys over the years, and you are hands down the best. You are like Dr. Doolittle for computers! Our system is very complicated and had been installed by someone else, but Barebones was able to "deconstruct it" to "reconstruct it" with very little downtime (always willing to work around our schedule!) to enhance the performance of the system and make it much easier for them to service and for us to maintain.
