We recently purchased a boat from Trudeau’s Marina and couldn’t be happier. Fritz was a great sales man who never once pressured us or made us feel as if we should run our credit before we look at everything they have to offer. A genuinely good guy to work with that explained questions we had pertaining to different boats we were looking at. Michelle was friendly and thorough throughout the financing process. She explained in great detail all of the steps it would take in order to get the paperwork handled and with in less than an hour we were once again boat owners. Mike in the shop was a pleasure to deal with on multiple occasions as we had ran into a small issue with the boat trailers functions. After a small hiccup Doug showed up after hours to help get us back on the road something we never expected! I have been dealing with salesman and dealerships now for over 20 years and find myself categorizing them all into the same box. Always helpful to sell you a vehicle but then after the sale it’s like they don’t even remember who you are. I can tell you that this is not how Trudeau’s does business!! They make you feel like there are still reputable people in this industry! I will never shop around when it comes to boats or service work. They are now my go to sales/service dealership and I look forward to suggesting them if asked by friends or family.

My experience in buying a new Bayliner from Trudeau exceeded all expectations. The negotiations were easy, loan transaction was both pleasant and competitive and the turnover of my new boat was awesome. Everything requested (added a couple of dealer installed options) was done as per quote and very professionally. Boat turnover by Tom was superb. Thank you to Doug, Mike and especially Jason and Michelle for the great, great experience. I do it very infrequently, but I highly recommend this business without reservations!

Terrible experience with this company! After spending over $25,000.00 in extensive repairs to our 31ft boat, we got our boat back and the windlass (electronic anchor system), and fresh water system no longer worked. They forgot to re-connect the main power line to the windlass which I found and fixed myself. Then we were told we needed a new fresh water pump. I took another look myself. In fact they had knocked the main water inlet fitting loose which caused an air lock in the pump. I fixed that myself too by purging the system. We don't need a new pump! We were never provided with an original work order estimate. After all the work was done we received a difficult to read report which was sparsely itemized. We had to return the boat so many times, it was embarassing! One of the original things they were supposed to fix and never did was oil in the bilge. We still have oil in the bilge! I had asked the owner if he would meet with my wife and me. He ignored our request for two weeks. Finally, he had someone from the office call to tell us that they were not going work on our boat any more! There is much much more to this story! We cannot recommend this company!

Purchase a use Boat from Doug Trudeau. I felt that he was very honest with the transaction. They promised the certain repairs and preformed them on time. It was a enjoyable experience dealing with them. Thanks to the team at Trudeau's. Timothy was excellent in the repair shop too!!

I have attempted to order parts on two different occasions from Trudeau's as they are the local Sea-Ray dealer. I believe that customer service and the customer experience is of the highest importance for the business today. Both times I was treated poorly. I have a 15 year old Sea-Ray with 150hrs. in mint condition. If you have an older boat don't even bother calling them...you're treated like you're a pest. Yesterday's call 6/29/21 the guy I talked to was put out to look for a part I needed. I was told "we don't have a parts department." Note, to buy any Sea-Ray part you have to got to a dealership. After locating the part for me I was told "I won't order that for you till after the 4th, we have boats to get ready for people for the weekend. Call back after the 4th!" That was all I needed to know. They lost a customer for life. I don't care how far I have to ship something from another dealership in the future, I'll surely never darken the doors of Trudeau's. Folks, do yourself a favor, don't bother shopping here. #searay
