Dr Soto and her amazing staff are angels. They were amazing from start to finish. I was worried about Cocos surgery and they reassured me they would do everything they could. Surgery was a success! So grateful

Overall this place is okay.. horrible with communication on time though!! They’re helpful with dire cases relatively quickly.. this review is not pertaining to the actual staff as they're all caring and comforting people.. I'm writing a review specifically pertaining to the wait time and the EXTREME lack of consideration to update people when their wait time is getting constantly pushed back!! I'm an understanding person, and I know that the extremely urgent cases will come first, but I arrived with my dogs who had been extremely sick for over a day at 11am and was told they would definitely be seen within an hour.. Great! One hour turned into two, two hours turned into three, going into the fourth hour I finally said I'm going to need a specific time that they'll actually be seen because this was getting ridiculous and they told me at the *earliest* it would be 5-6pm!!! SEVEN HOURS after arrival when I was told it would be within an hour when we first got there. If they had been respectfully communicative with me, I could have easily taken them to a different place which was right down the street and had availability at 2:30 that day! I turned down a guaranteed appointment because they told me I would be seen within an hour only to then add 5 to 6+ hours to that. The people were genuinely nice so I'm grateful for that, but I think it's extremely unprofessional to not update an anxiously waiting pet owner that their pets' time is pushed back 6+ hours!! we left without my dogs being seen after 3.5 hours of wasted time and I scheduled an appointment elsewhere

Our golden retriever Callie was treated in the emergency department for pancreatitis and ammonia. Doctor and staff there were wonderful, compassionate and treated Her with kindness. We appreciate everything they did to help our Callie. Unfortunately she didn’t make it, but we can’t say enough good things about all the staff at the hospital.

The staff were professional and very empathetic. Our baby Star got attacked by 5 baby raccoons 🦝 as soon as we walked in the hospital “True Care for Pets” they took her in… I felt heard and valued. I recommend this place for your fur babies.

This review is long overdue. Last August I brought home a precious 8 week old Scottie puppy from Nevada. Within 3 days, he wasn’t eating, was vomiting and shrinking before my eyes and lost all energy. I took him to True Care where they tested him for parvovirus upon arrival, and it came back positive. Little did I know what an emotional roller coaster and fight my little baby and I would endure for 2 weeks. 1 year later I’m blessed to have my Hugo with me due to the incredible care and efforts by Dr Beymer and team. Every day it was touch and go with terrible news, then hope, then, no hope, and Dr Beymer could not have been more caring and supportive with each decision we made for his care. This included blood transfusions from a special canine donor, Wanda, who belonged to an employee there. With prayers and the care from the team at True Care, this little man is thriving and playing with his big sis:)
