I had a serious wasp problem, they were aggressive and in large numbers, with a big hive under my deck below the garden. I was especially worried because I have a curious dog and didn’t want to risk him getting stung. A technician from Truly Nolen came and did an excellent job. Within about 30 minutes, she located and removed the hive, it was the size of a soccer ball, and even managed to kill the queen. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything safely and efficiently. Since then, I haven’t had any issue. The best part is that they stand behind their work, if the wasps return anytime this year, they’ll take care of it again at no extra cost. Highly recommend Truly Nolen Pest Control for anyone dealing with a wasp problem!
Honest and practical approach to dealing with issue at hand. They were responsive on the phone and price was fair (and better than other quotes). Have had different staff come around and they were all very polite and professional. However, I do want to call out Ariel specifically. She is a real trooper. Ariel is very approachable and a just a wealth of tried and true (not just internet theoretical) pest control advice. Her home assessment and action plan were very helpful (and effective) and it's keeping our family safe.
Ariel is the real MVP honestly. I hate bugs & have been trying to manage a moth infestation since the pandemic. I thought I got rid of them all ages ago when I started to find worms; from scarves that weren’t actively used in my front closet to my couches, to the spare bed sheets & towels. Ariel walked me through the process of protecting my belongings and what to expect & was thorough checking my entire apartment. She understood how terrified I was of these bugs & how I was unable to do much post-surgery. She was amazing at comforting my anxieties. She also gave me realistic standards and offered to follow up. If I decide on the chemical treatment, I know who to call. Thank you so much Ariel for an exceptional service & for being so kind throughout this process. I have recommended her to friends & family.
Was floored when I started seeing ants in my bathroom in January!! Called a few pest control places and got quotes ranging from $200 to $8000. Truly Nolan was the only company that said to let them in to do an inspection to identify the problem and then deal with it. Ariel our tech is amazing, she explained that yes we had carpenter ants but that it's easy to deal with. Within 2 weeks all the ants are gone and we have another follow up in 2 weeks to really make sure. I trust her because she really knows her stuff and explained everything to us in easy terms. This company has been wonderful and although I hope we don't need them again, but I know who I'll be calling if the need arises. 10/10, 5 stars, A++ Thank you Ariel and thank you Truly Nolan!
