My appointment was at 11:40. I rushed a little bit to get there early. I think i pulled up at like 11:32 right in front of the door. I sat there till like 11:58 maybe because the only two barbers in there weren't still working on people. Finally im like, I should go inside because my barber may be in the back or something. I go in, "hey, do you have an appointment" yes okay your with Juan here take a seat. Okay. Sat there another 5-10 mins ish. I just wanted a light scissor cut and a beard trim type deal. Its not even a full beard at all. Just wanted to cut it down and do like a professional straight razor shave. The haircut was pretty good. The beard trim lol or cut whatever was not so good. He missed alot of hair lol. The beard trim was like 3 mins long. He used a buzzer type deal from almost all of it. Lol I have one at home I could have used for free. BUT he did straight razor the back side of my neck sorta. Ive never had a straight razor cut with no like cream or applicant if that makes sense. He did that shit dry. I thought he was gonna cut me open lol. It was rough feeling. It made it kinda of hot and itchy on the neck. No hot towels or anything like that. It was like rough to say the least. I was hoping he would straight razor the entire thing for some reason. Ive had it done in the past and it was a cool experience but yeah idk. Also I never saw any pricing guide or anything. They also never told me what the prices would be before or after the cut. When the cut was done he said you paying cash or card. I said card. We tapped the phone to the device and 51 and some change was taken out like an ATM transaction lol. I never signed anything or got to leave a tip or anything. He said thank you have a nice day. So was there a guaranteed tip including into the price that I didn't know about? Like a mandatory tip? The haircut couldn't have been 50 right. I mean maybe like 35 for the hair so was the beard trim 15? With no tip? If so 15 seems like alot for a quick buzzer. He shaved it off with the buzzer thing and then finished it with a different buzzer. Its like what I do at home when im in a rush. Anyways im not hating on this place. Its just that this location is slow and they dont pay attention to details I dont think. By the way I think that haircut was like 1 hour and 45 mins lol. Thats like the longest haircut ive ever had I think. Plus the time waiting It was like 1 pm when I got out. Appointment was supposed to be at 11 am lol

A++ Service! Attention to detail, gave me exactly what I wanted. The music vibes were great, very kind barbers, and offered free beer and shot! I’m visiting from out of town but if I lived here, I’d be back here every single time! Highly recommend and no complaints at all. Go check out Juan!!

Juan is the man!!! I travel a lot for work, for multiple months at a time and it’s always a challenge finding a barber at each city and state I go to. I found Juan pretty early into my arrival to Columbus, Ohio. And it’s been so close, just a 3 minute walk for me, how convenient? I’m also impressed on how talented Juan is!! I’ve gone to him for a cut at least 10-15 times (I just checked my bank statement lol) and never been disappointed! Even when I leave own, I will be back to Juan whenever I visit Columbus. guaranteed! 10/10! Highly recommend booking a fresh cut with Juan. He knows what he’s doing and will educate you on what to ask for, if you’re new to going to a barber. Check my hermano out! Gracias Juan! 🙌🏽

Man, Izaac hooked me up with the best cut I’ve ever had. He didn’t rush it — took his time, asked questions, and really got to know what I was going for. The fade is flawless, the shape’s on point, and I walked out feeling fresh and confident. You can tell he loves what he does. Izaac isn’t just cutting hair — he’s creating a whole vibe.

Turners barber shop is the only place one needs to know about when looking for a haircut. Not only is the environment welcoming, I leave knowing I have the best cut in town!! An absolute 10 out of 10 experience. Cierra (the owner) cuts my hair every time! She remembered everything that I like from the time before and I get a solid hour of relaxing.. knowing I’m in the best studio and best hands in all of Columbus! Her style and design makes me leave the shop with HIGH confidence and a little pep in my step! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
