My husband and I were on the fence on whether we wanted video for our wedding. We originally thought that photos would be enough, but looking at all the different options Seth and his team offered convinced us. I am so so glad we did! Coming up to the big day Seth made sure to find out exactly what we were looking for, the big moments, etc. and this translated into an amazing final product. They were easy to chat with and made us feel comfortable in front of a camera. They were present but unobtrusive, and turned around the work quickly. Highly highly recommend!

Seth and his team at Turtleneck films filmed our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our video. Despite a somewhat rainy day, Turtleneck films did such an amazing job capturing the day. Seth was great at communicating leading up to and the day of the wedding. He was highly organized and kept everything running smoothly. It’s so lovely to have the film from our day and memories to look back on with our family and friends — he captured everything perfectly. We’ve received so many compliments about our video, we felt like we were watching a movie! He by far exceeded our expectations, and my husband and I can’t recommend his company enough.

My husband and I hired Seth to shoot our intimate wedding in Northern Virginia. Seth was professional and overall he made us feel so relaxed doing our family and couples photos. The candid photos of our ceremony are some of our favorite moments captured. I had a short timeframe for him to shoot photos of my family and our couple shots, and he captured all the photos within my tight schedule. Seth also edited the photos in a timely manner and they turned out beyond our expectations! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding photo experience. I am a DJ who first met Seth about seven years ago when we worked at a wedding together. He struck me as a cool and professional videographer and was easy to work with. Later when I saw the footage, I was amazed because it was great video that really impressed the bride and groom. Seth had managed to film everything and be everywhere subtly without obstructing any of the flow of the day. Later, I hired Seth to do a promotional video for my business, which turned out nicely. He did a lot without much footage provided by me. More recently, I've been work with Turtleneck Films on some educational videos for YouTube and IGTV. I am so glad to be working with Seth because he took my talking head footage and interspersed it with photos and other video to make it more interesting. Right away, I received compliments on the videos. Even though they were educational videos instead of promotional ones, they helped me get more business! Seth has good communication and completes the work in a timely fashion. He will work with you until it is just right! One of my favorite things about Seth is that he always chooses the perfect music to go with video. I highly recommend Seth and Turtleneck films for all your video needs!

Deciding to work with Seth/Turtleneck films was the single best decision we made at our wedding! When Covid19 prompted us to move our October wedding from Cabo San Lucas to home in Baltimore we faced a lot of challenges planning a new wedding- including planning an entirely new wedding, new vendors, etc from scratch just 3 months away. Getting a videographer was something I thought I wanted to do but was not sure if we could make it work and find someone in time. After coming across Seth and Turtleneck films after hours of researching online and watching videos I fell in love with his wedding videos. I reached out and thankfully he happened to be available on our date! Seth from the start did everything in his power to work with us and accommodate our extenuating circumstances. He was easy-going, always fast to respond, and overall just absolutely lovely to communicate with. He built-in extra time to our package just so he could get to our venue early and capture regular and drone footage of the venue grounds. You can tell how much Seth loves what he does and it is not just a job to him it is a passion of his. He puts so much thought and love into his videos I really could not have found someone better to work with us. On our wedding day, Seth and his 2nd shooter worked so seamlessly with our photographer and totally let her take the lead and get her shots. Upfront he let her know to not worry about him getting in the way as he was focused on the more candid and natural moments. They were an amazing team to work with and never once did I feel stressed or worry about moments being captured. Numerous people during and after the wedding came up to me to gush about how great Seth was and how they could not wait to see the video. Throughout the evening there would be little pockets of moments which were so easy to miss, but one of my friends mentioned that every time she noticed some special moment or scene unfolding Seth was already there and capturing it. It was all so effortless. Despite being there to capture everything he was completely unobtrusive and blended in so seamlessly with the wedding. Fast forward to getting our videos from Seth- not only was he several weeks EARLY delivering our videos they were absolutely PERFECT! Words can't describe how well he was able to capture the essence of us, our friends, and family, and the whole essence of our wedding day. If you are considering Seth for your wedding or special occasion please do not hesitate. Seth goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and I cannot recommend him more!
