5⭐️ My experience start to finish was as good as you can get. From the booking process, communication prior to my appointment and then in the shop with Keith - everything was great. The shop is clean, their customer service is great and Keith was great to work with. He created a comfortable environment, talked us through everything and his work is incredible! He gives honest input and advice and I just couldn’t imagine a better tattoo session. Would recommend twisted tattoos / Keith to any of my friends looking for ink!

Raul worked diligently and quickly on my thigh piece. His line work is rather impressive! I had smaller details in the tattoo and he successfully got in every nook and cranny. He’s not heavy handed. He remains focused but also engages in small talk. Looking around at his other work in the studio, I’m more than satisfied with him being the one who did my tattoo. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, and overall I had a great experience! Pricing is reasonable for what I got- especially for the size and detail. In fact it was a bit less than what I price gauged even with the deposit! If you’re looking to get a tattoo in San Antonio look no further. Twisted Tattoo is the place to go!

I can’t say enough about the atmosphere, staff and tattoo artist that worked with us. When we entered Twisted Tattoo, we were greeted immediately with warmth and enthusiasm. The two receptionists were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and their attitudes were very positive and helpful. Henry, our tattoo artist, was fantastic! He helped to guide us through our chosen designs, created what we asked for, and made us both very comfortable with his conversation and nearly 20 years of experience. We were very impressed with his talent, experience, and love for his job. He helped me create a very positive experience for my daughter’s first tattoo as her 18th birthday present. Thank you Henry! We are so happy that we stopped by Twisted Tattoo and will definitely call on Henry again when we need another. Overall great experience and to top it off, very reasonably priced. We were also given a brief tour of the establishment for which we were grateful!

I was extremely impressed. I came for a tattoo removal (will have to come back many more times as that’s how it works) and was immediately impressed by how clean it was. I found the pricing to be very fair and the people super nice. I set up piercing appointments as well. They were so kind and helpful. I talked to 3 different people and everyone was great. Highly recommend to everyone!

I did a walk-in and was getting my tattoo done within 30 minutes—super quick and easy! The whole team was awesome, and Henry did an amazing job on my tattoo. He even introduced me to a movie I’d never seen before, and we laughed together like old buddies. The vibe was relaxed, fun, and welcoming. Most importantly, I absolutely love how my tattoo turned out! Highly recommend this place.
