Two Maids was not able to clean efficiently and asked too many questions about how to clean. We booked a premium clean. During the initial clean, we were constantly interrupted by the cleaning staff asking us how to clean things like the bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc. The trainee was more efficient than the trained staff and just cleaned our kitchen really well. The staff trainer seemed confused and very slow at cleaning. The other cleaner failed to follow direction regarding our request to dust and wipe down windows. Additionally, the cleaners didn’t follow instructions regarding the order to clean our rooms. This interrupted nap time and was chaotic. We waited 90+ min for them to clean the room for our infant to sleep in, and it was unclear why it took so long. Our infant was screaming and crying because we weren’t able to find a quiet space in the house for him because they took so long in the back rooms without cleaning it efficiently or well. Furthermore, we had to clean up after them because they didn’t dust or wipe down the windows. When we relayed our concerns to management, the owner, Chantelle, of Two Maids asked us to give them a second chance. The second time was much better cleaning wise, but we experience similar issues with time management, particularly the back rooms with the main cleaner. It also felt like coordinating with the cleaning timeframe wasn't a comfortable experience. We asked the owner if we could have the cleaning staff wipe down windows/dust better than previously. The owner said that it is not customary for a standard or deep clean to have windows wiped down but they will always be dusted. That was confusing. Why would we invest over $260 per clean plus tip if we spend much of the cleaning timeframe giving the cleaners direction on what should/should not be cleaned and provide them direction on how to dust/wipe down windows? It is easier to just book another company with a better handle on professional cleaning for residential homes. We invested a lot of time and energy into coordinating the cleaning. We feel like it wasn’t worth all the trouble and stress. It also was disappointing because we really wanted it to work out and have them come back. Hopefully they continue to grow and learn how to clean in a more efficient manner. The owner, Jared's response, that this is a false review shows that they lack accountability and failed to learn how to grow from a challenging situation in which they didn't do a great job. Instead of taking ownership, the owner, Jared, felt like it was appropriate to gaslight and blame the customer, instead of taking constructive feedback and attempting to take responsibility for their lack of accountability. They can Shine On and do better for others!

Second fantastic service with Chantel's Two Maids services. Scheduling is so easy. Their website describes the services offered and what will be accomplished for each service. They are responsive and kind and I look forward to coming home to a clean house and feeling a sense of joy seeing my house sparkle.!!

We requested deep clean and deep clean we got! The kitchen appliances and sink looked brand new, as did the bathrooms. The whole house was immaculate. There were a couple of cups and spoons on the kitchen counter and they even washed those! It was worth every penny of the $500 we paid. We are definitely using their services again.

Amazing cleaning service with fast turn around in an emergency! A maintenance service cleaned out our chimney and left the entire living room covered in soot. Lori from Two Maids and her crew showed up same day to make it all better! 10/10 would recommend!

Jasmine and Kai were fantastic! My house is spotless. I cannot say enough about this service. The women in the office answered all of my questions. I chose the deep cleaning and they spent 4 1/2 hours working tirelessly. I have set up a monthly premium cleaning (as a single retiree that will be sufficient). If you're reading this review, give them a chance. You will not regret it.
