Just completed the first cleaning service. Everything is sparkling and the house feels so nice. The team was friendly and thorough. Their attention to detail is appreciated. They even arranged the pillows on the couches and vacuumed underneath the seating cushions of the couches. I am grateful for the help!

⭐️ 1-Star Review I’m extremely disappointed with Sandia Green Clean and ultimately cancelled my contract. They advertise that clients can skip two cleanings per calendar year. I used one skip when I had the flu. The second “skip” wasn’t even my choice—they were closed over Thanksgiving and asked me to reschedule. Because adjusting my work schedule is difficult, I asked to skip that visit and keep my normal cadence. Today, I received yet another email asking me to reschedule due to their Christmas closure. I told them to just skip it and keep my next scheduled cleaning… only to be told I would be charged for skipping because I had already used my two skips. The irony is unbelievable: they are the ones unavailable, yet they expect me to pay for being unable to accommodate a time outside of our agreed regular schedule. This isn’t the first issue, either. I previously left a review after one visit where my floor was left dirty and we caught an employee standing around on their phone. They asked me to remove the review and said they wouldn’t charge for that cleaning, and I agreed. For context, I was paying $270 every two weeks for a1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small hall, great room, and kitchen. For that price, I expected professionalism and consistency—not entitlement, inflexibility, and surprise charges. At this point, they’ve proven to be overpriced and out of touch with customer service. I can’t recommend them.

I am super happy with my home! Maria, Aide, & VickI did a FANTASTIC job! Thank you Team 16! My dog was shedding and my family was in need of help for cleaning. They got every nook and cranny! Nice deep clean! They even got stains out of my shower that I have never been able to get rid of. They were amazing!

Sandia Green Clean did a fantastic job cleaning my house! When they arrived they made sure to ask if there was anything specific i wanted them to focus on and they left the whole house looking spotless. The kitchen and bathroom are sparkling clean, buildup in the shower/tub completely gone! Amazing attention to detail, they dusted all the surfaces, fans, blinds and air vents! I really liked how they organized items on the counters when they were done cleaning that area was the cherry on top, really made everything look nice and neat. They also sent a text when they were on their way which I really appreciated. Very professional and friendly!
