Very expensive but if you have insurance for your phone then great. But if don't then be very prepared to pay premium price for a battery and sometimes unnecessary fixes. They will even tell you they won't guarantee if you don't pay for other stuff then originally wasn't on your list. I probably won't come back. I would probably go to another shop and less expensive. I only went there because they were certified in fixing a certain brand. Yes, they were forward when prices were discussed but if your device needs something else they will up the price double! And will probably tell you to pony up or no guarantee if they find other ways to make you pay. But in all they fixed it they did a good job. But I rather go somewhere else or at least compare prices. Something I ll probably do nextime. They alright.
Abraham did such a great job on my iPhone 14 and got it done within 24 hours which was perfect . Highly recommend this place to anyone
Repair took from 1pm that was my appointment start time until 7:25pm. Great work they just need better training on the repair warranties with google. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic, but that can only do so much after waiting all those hours and into the night to get your phone fixed. They did all the work but had me waiting because they didn’t file the correct claim with Google for them to be paid. Miguel R tried his best. But waiting over 7 hours to pick up my phone was crazy.
Chris and the team at uBreakiFix in Laredo were straight-up professional and honest. I walked in stressed about my electronic device and left feeling like I’d been heard. They explained options clearly and treated my device with care. Drop-off was fast and the shop stayed in touch about parts and timing. If you want a repair shop that tells you the truth and doesn’t waste your time, this is the place.
These guys are trained professionals and very courteous. They had my phone fixed faster than a hot & ready pizza. Chris was stealthy like a ninja and repaired my phone at a blink of an eye. I strongly recommend them for a phenomenal experience. Just like a doctor’s visit you will be out of there quickly and satisfied. Talk to Chris! 2 Thumbs up!
