I spent 2 hours on hold and went to two Verizon stores nobody could fix my phone. Thank God Asurion called me and told me about you break it I fix. I drove to 30th and Farnam and the guy fixed what I needed to be done. He was very smart and wonderful. I was very very thankful.

Joseph and Kevin are great guys when it came to helping me to recover, switch n clear my phone. They were very helpful and talk to me not down to me witch I appreciate a lot . If I need their help again I won't hesitate to go to them again, and will recommend them .

Fantastic service. Came in with my Xbox series X that I thought was broken and walked out in less than 15 minutes working good as new. Run, don’t walk here for all your game console, phone, or electronic needs, you’ll be happy you did.

Truly a cut above the rest. Today I was afforded some of the best customer service ever from the location in midtown, Omaha, NE. Although dealing with some have given me reservations about this particular store, Joseph & Kevin removed any doubts I had. In store they were able to effectively guide me, perform a data transfer on a phone beyond repair, and complete it all in a timely manner before a holiday. Best service ever!!! Always ask for Joseph @ the front desk, he is a pleasure.

Hey, don't even bother going to that store. My brand new Z Fold 7 from Samsung got messed up with vertical lines and a black screen on one side. Samsung sent me there, and the guy there was like, "Nah, warranty probably won't cover it 'cause there's damage inside." The thing is, only he could see this "damage." I asked him to send pics to Samsung, and he did. An hour later, he comes back with a "OOW" message, meaning it's out of warranty, and it'll cost me 720 bucks to fix. Two other people got the same story while I was there. I was angry and told him there's no damage, but he wouldn't budge. BTW, my phone's fine now, covered under warranty, and I've got proof. Seriously, skip that place and don't get ripped off.
