I accidentally dropped my phone today and shattered the screen. I brought it here to get it fixed, took only 1 hour and now it looks brand new. no scratches at all. I didn’t even have a screen protector on, but Josh fixed it perfectly. This is my third time getting my phone repaired at this location, ( It keeps sleeping from my hands) and every time has been great. The first time, my phone was a total mess, and now you honestly can’t even tell the screen was ever broken or replaced. Huge thanks to Josh and uBreakiFix for the fast, efficient service and excellent customer care. 10/10. highly recommend!

I needed my smashed phone memory cleared before I sent it back for warranty. Due to the screen damage the phone company was unable to navigate the options to clear the memory. I brought it to Ubreakifix and they were able to clear it with no problem. A big thumbs up to Josh and John for there help in this matter.

I came in for a battery charging issue. Josh was very friendly and helpful. He gave me steps he would try to help fix the problem. He brought my phone to the back and came back a few minutes later and the problem was solved with the initial first step he laid out at the start of the this interaction. Will definitely be going back with any issues in the future.

John was and IS AMAZING!!! He called me with updates through the entire process and making sure i understood the ins and outs of the repair of my iPhone even out of warranty with Apple. I will 1000% recommend this location to friends and family! Josh was also super friendly! It’s as if my phone wasn’t even broken!

I came in the store, he listened, quickly went to the back and returned in over 1 minute. My iPhone port was cleaned and we could tell it identified my charger. The demand and line was there due to their skill set. I quickly was on my way. Fast efficient and knew exactly how to fix it. I had a chance to notice they fix other things, have affordable service plans for peace of mind and have a range if skillsets and people that they can help. My experience with cords and chargers at five below and Walmart have fallen short because their people don’t know the exact products that are a solution like an expert like you can ask here. Time is money, timing is very important also. Easy to find right off 494, chairs to sit down, a tv on. Your tech products are your connections to family, friends and work and with that it’s important to know that you have a neighborhood solution. If they had some signs up with 50+ relatable exact solutions that they are exact solutions to as bullet points I would have taken a photo because I know when you read them on here or visit them in person you will self-identify on some level yourself or through people you know and when it comes time to pass along that referral you’ll have planted the seed with the self-identifying bullets which will later be recalled by memory and remembered where you saw that. And when that exact thing breaks, you’ll be like oh yeah this place fixes it. Ron Orr
