Super easy, efficient. Saw me quickly, only took 1 hour, staff was so nice! Terra was so polite and walked me through the process. Been to other places that gave me horrible service—will come back. Definitely recommend.

Brought my Google pixel 8 in for a warranty screen repair due to a green line. The employees here refused to replace the screen under warranty because it had a 1 mm scratch on the screen. Took it to the new Google store in San Diego and they replaced it for free with no issue. This shop is run by greedy jerks who will refuse to repair something under warranty for any nonsensical reason. Avoid for any warranty repair.
