I can’t believe how much this place was charging me to replace the cover of my iPhone camera lens. $50? Being desperate I decided to just do it until she changed her assessment and said that the whole back panel has to be changed for $800. What??? I might as well buy a new phone. Instead, I went to Isquad Repair, a small kiosk right before you go into Costco parking lot. Carlo I think his name was, was in it! He knew the iPhone and went directly to the item he needed to replace the lens. Cost? $20 !!!! I’m going here for all my iPhone accessories. I know business have to make profit but we consumers too aren’t picking money off a tree in our backyard. Be reasonable and honest.

They will try to overcharge! I called them to schedule a charging port replacement on my pixel 9 pro phone. The only problem was physical damage to inside of the port. This phone has a separate "daughter board" for the USB port, and therefore my repair wouldn't require the technician to replace the main board of the phone. I informed the customer service rep about this, which they confirmed, but they claimed that i would still need to give them over $600 to replace the main board. This is false, and a different shop quoted me $120 for the replacement of just the "daughter board." I would avoid this shop...

Please read before deciding whether you want to go here or not before you get ripped off like we just did. My husband and I came in because there was a problem with our kids XBox 1S. We weren't sure what the issue was, all we knew is that it would kick them out of every game they tried to play. Everything else was working perfectly. When we walked in, the lady behind the counter never looked up to acknowledge us. Finally after we waited for her to finish typing, she finally looked up. We told her what the issue was and she let us know that they would need to do a diagnostic to see what the issue was. So pretty much you pay 59.99 just for them to look at your device. I understand we are paying for their knowledge, however 59.99? Three days later a guy called us back to say that the device is supposedly fried and it needed to be replaced and cleaned inside as well. He told us it would cost an additional 250 to get it back to working condition. Everyone knows that you can pay for one in excellent condition on OfferUp for a 100-120. Why would I pay that much to have one fixed? Paying 60 just to find out what's wrong with it is a complete rip off in itself. Let alone these outrageous prices to fix something so simple. The cleaning fee alone is 75!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to fix your devices. I wish I would have done more research instead of handing them 60 for nothing. Please read the one star reviews on here. I wish I would have seen them prior to going there.
