This location has excellent technicians as my S25 Ultra’s display was replaced here with factory part and came out in perfect condition after the repair. The only thing I didn’t like is that I was not given option to replace display with frame (full repair kit) that Samsung offers but only option was replacing the OLED with Samsung OEM display. I would have preferred frame replacement as well. The phone was fixed within a day with 0 signs of it was ever opened and repaired. Hats off to the tech for doing such a clean job and I am a happy customer. I didn’t have Samsung Care Plus so it costed me around $380 for display replacement because it was my fault for dropping and breaking the phone.
I dropped my phone and it hit the sharp edge of a rocking chair leg which left a big chip and a white moving line in the center of my phone. It was working but very distracting. The next morning (New Years Eve morning) I went to see if it could be repaired. I was told it would be around 3 hours. I dont know the name of the man who waited on me. He was young with dark hair. He was very pleasant. I got a call about an hour later. My phone was ready! I'm very pleased with the service I received.
We had an issue with an iPad. I had called ahead and they were very upfront on what to expect. When we took the iPad in, they looked and said a piece of a charger broke off inside and weren’t even going to charge me because they could fix it in less than a minute. I was so incredibly appreciative and would take devices in there again.
Terrill was awesome. He caught the cause of my problem (Apple Store, Verizon, and a previous tech had not.) He explained everything and kept me up to speed on the amount of time the data transfer was taking. The process was very smooth. One negative about the particular store… apparently, external upper-level management stocks it, and there’s very poor case selection (no iPhone 17 cases, 3 months after it was released.)
I went to get my quest 2 left controller fixed, it was fast but I feel like they didn't fully looked at it(disassembled, see if there a cable missing, etc.), what they did do though was exactly what I did at home and it didn't fix it. I was charged 139.09(including tax) but I'm pretty that is average pricing. The people were nice but they didn't fully do their best. $70 for something the customer already did and adding a new blue mark on my head strap is crazy but it's whatever since the warranty should cover any other problems without any extra charge, but if they did charge me extra then it would be a 2 stars. I wouldn't immediately recommend but if its your last choice and/or is nearby than go for it. Thank you for reading.
