We had a google phone covered under warranty, this was checked by the manufacturer. Ibreakufix was listed as a repair shop. We called this shop and Adam said we could take the phone over. We made the 30 minute drive thinking this was the easier way to repair and get it back faster. We dropped off the phone and they said they would call with any problems. A different person called back about an hour later and told us this was not a covered issue and we would have to pay or pick up the broken phone. He sounded shocked when I told him we reported the issue and was told by the manufacturer it was in fact covered. He said if we did not want to pay we would have to take it to another shop. We picked up our phone and mailed it in to the manufacturer. Not even a week later the repaired phone was back in our hand with no charges. I feel like they were phishing for payments from us rather than trying to collect on the warranty. Should have just mailed it in instead of wasting our time with this location.

Adam was a huge help! Very friendly and helped me get the screen replaced quickly on our company device. He did such a great job I ended up getting some work done on my personal phones (protective screen and privacy screen) the same day. I will recommend this location on union road to anyone looking for a quick repair.
