Upfront, honest and reasonably priced. Tom told me I probably should not fix my TV because it was over 10 years old. I asked if he could try because I was just not into buying a new TV with all the extra stuff you have to learn. He found a part, at a reasonable price, fixed the TV and it works again BEAUTIFULLY. It is nice to know that you can still find a service that is fair, honest and capable to fix an item you do not want to lose. So very glad that I found Tom at just the right time. He is a Keeper. The guys at Zimmerman are friendly, responsive and efficient. I called during their recent move and they were upfront about the timeline of availability and I brought my TV in when they were in their new location.
