Always friendly and right up front about what it would cost and what the repair could involve in the back up…. they also got it done in a timely manner. The first time I took it in they cleaned the portal of my tablet and didn’t charge me which I thought was pretty awesome since it only took him about a minute or two to give it a try this is why I went back because of the honesty and I’ll continue to take any of my electronics there if I have problems. Great place great service
