I took my laptop in for repair and had a great experience. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He prepared the insurance report immediately without any delays and clearly explained the whole process. It was very reassuring to receive such efficient and honest service. I would definitely recommend him. Sercan is the best .
Booked an appointment for a Pixel 9a screen repair online and paid a deposit, was then told they didn't have the parts and they refused to refund my deposit so I am now out $30. They don't have a store front, you can't speak to a human, "opening hours" are not real as you cannot access their shop during these hours. I went to CBD Repair Shop Sydney instead. Way better customer service, walked in with no appointment and they had my phone screen fixed in an hour. updating my review based on the response received: I had left a comment in my original appointment that it was for a 9a and yet you still accepted my appointment. If you were truly operating as a professional business you would not have accepted this appointment and would have processed a refund. In our communications you stated that you needed a supervisor to approve the refund and then you ghosted me, however based on your response it appears you are the owner - this is entirely misleading. This is the opposite of professionalism.
A group of us accidentally dropped our phones into the sea and they were submerged for about an hour. The phones then started showing liquid detection warnings. Before coming here, we went to a few other shops — they wanted to fully open the phones, charge a very high fee, and also told us the damage was serious with no guarantee. When we arrived here, he immediately treated and cleaned the charging port and checked the phones on the spot. Everything was handled very efficiently. The phones are now working normally and charging fine. He was genuinely helpful and honest, and the whole experience was quick and stress-free. Really glad we came here.
Website said 2-3 hours the gentleman said 1 hour. I came back and had a new fresh screen. Very happy with the convenience and quality of work/repair done. Worth the money that it costs for your model of phone. Would recommend visiting this place for genuine phone repair parts. I've been to other places across Sydney and have often been unhappy with second rate parts. This place is solid!! Thank you sir!!
