Me and my wife are competitive IFBB PRO bodybuilder, Who are from Alaska and often come and vacation here in Hawaii because our daughter is in college here. Working out on vacation is extremely important to us and we found this gym and BO, Teisha, Elena We are so accommodating and extremely friendly towards us and very professional and me and my wife are very very very appreciative of their customer service. And the gym was absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend this gym for anybody that is visiting Hilo! Five stars!

I have been a member of UFC Pittsburgh since day one and I can tell you why it’s the best health club in the Pittsburgh area ! The GM is Jess and she is amazing ! No matter how busy she is she always greets me with a friendly hello and a friendly good bye ! The whole front desk staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Won’t list names in fear of forgetting someone. But a few examples of how the employees go above and beyond: The other day I came in soak and wet. Carrie offered to throw my sweatshirt in the dryer, and yesterday I showed her how chapped my hands were. She offered her own lotion to see if it would help. Johnathan, another great employee came and did some filming for me to watch and improve on myself. He is busy but didn’t hesitate to do that for me. Coach Malcom is the best boxing coach ever. And Coach Mike is the best MMA coach in the business. The extra effort he puts into training me is amazing. Even suffered a minor injury one day and the next day he was texting me to see how I was. He also never hesitates to put that extra effort in to better his clients. And finally after a hard workout I walk into the recovery room and receive a friendly hello and even a handshake from Jake who never lets u wait for anything u are doing in the recovery room ! I can’t say it enough, UFC Pittsburgh is the only clean, well equipped health club u will ever need. Stop in and u will be impressed. Tell them Brian sent you !!!

Great gym. Has more than enough machines and benches. This is what all gyms aspire to be! John the manager was great. My wife and I were in from out of town and their day pass rates were very reasonable. I wish this was the gym near my house!

I would have given this gym 4 stars but the policy changes have been rolled out terribly. First I was able to enter the gym through an easy access door. They then revoked it after a couple weeks and made it the VIP access. No biggie, I thought, I’ll just take the long way around. Then 2 months later, free parking removed from my tier, making my membership here completely useless. Good thing was able to change to the waterfront location. I just can’t trust in anything they say at this gym location, too many changes too soon! Everything else is great though, friendly staff and clean.
