I had mixed feelings about my experience working with Ultimate Events. When our wedding plans for linens fell through with a little over a month to go, Ultimate Events was quick to give us quote, which was much appreciated. Following the initial quote, I faced spotty communication via email from my sales team member. I waited over a week to hear back from her, and ended up calling to see if I could get a hold of her, in which I left a message. Instead of getting a call back, she sent a separate email which didn't respond to all of my questions in my initial email, which was frustrating. Two days before the wedding, I arrived to pick up our linens only to discover that they couldn't find my order. Thankfully they had enough linens and napkins in stock where I could still get my order, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be ready. All that to be said, come the wedding day the linens were clean and perfect for the space, and the drop-off of the linens went smoothly. I would like to think that my experience is not typical of the average customer, but I had to give three stars based on my experience.

I have used them for their large propane roaster for the last couple of years for our end of summer roast. The price has went up every year and that would of been fine. The problem is when I reserved it and found out we didn't need it and canceled it next day. They kept over 40% of the price as a cancelation fee. I could understand ordering weeks, months ahead then canceling but next day is just not good customer service.

The uplight rental process with Ultimate Events was such an amazing experience! All lights worked perfectly and had a super long battery life. Highly recommend using these for any event to brighten up the space!

Our linen, cafe lighting, and drapery turned out great! I worked with Andrea who is no longer with UE but she did a great job at being at my beck and call with quotes and displays leading up to ordering! I envisioned the landmark pillars to be draped back with ties to add beauty to the room. It looks stunning! They worked with mg florist to hang cafe lighting and the florist added greenery which tied the room together beautifully!

Ultimate events did the linens, chairs and café lights for our wedding. I made arrangements with a sales rep who ended up not working there by the time my wedding came around. The company did not notify me and I was the one who had to reach out about details for my wedding day because my sales rep no longer worked there to arrange that with me. They were not able to honor my request for them to show up at a certain time. They arrived later than they told me, were not helpful when I called to ask an ETA, however when they did finally arrive, they did help me set up everything - which is the least they could do for nearly giving me, a nervous bride, a panic attack on my wedding day about nearly having to set up my own wedding in my wedding dress. Hence why I docked them a star. But other than that, they were easy to work with and had very reasonable pricing! Staff was great once they finally arrived.
