I had an excellent experience at Ultimate Performance, and I can honestly say it’s the best gyms I’ve trained at. The facility is extremely well organised, spotless, and clearly designed for serious results no distractions, just focused, high-level training. A special mention goes to my personal trainer, Marc. He is outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Marc tailors every session to your goals, pushes you in the right way, and explains the why behind everything from technique to training structure and mindset. You feel challenged, supported, and confident at the same time.
I cannot recommend UP and my trainor Matt more highly. After years of training and dieting I finally found a place and a trainer who didn’t promise a quick fix. I’m 57 and thought it would take ages but wanted to commit to a proper healthy lifestyle. After going through menopause and other health issues it only took me 6 months to lose 13 kilos. I’ve lost allt of body fat, I’ve got muscles in my back, biceps and places I forgot I’ve got muscles in…and a much smaller butt! I’m stoked!!!! And I’ll be honest, I didn’t stick to the eating plan religiously but I did most of the time. I’ve only got 4 kgs to go and Matt has been so supportive and encouraging. You do pay $$$ but I decided my health was worth it and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m lighter and healthier than I’ve been in 20 years! Thanks Matt! You’re a great trainor and I hope many more people have the benefit of being trained by you - as long as you always have a spot for me! 😜
Matt at UP Sydney has been working with me for the past 5 weeks - he’s a lovely trainer, very personable, knowledgeable and rock-solid in his expertise. Highly recommended !!! From start to finish my experience with UP has been off the charts. My trainer Harvey was a highlight for me. A combination of good human with a depth of knowledge on body mechanics, form, nutrition and coaching skills that surpassed his years. Motivated and enthused to deliver your goals and results right back to you if you commit the work. I will be back a little later in the year for another block. Genuine decent vibe amongst the trainers and clients that attend sessions, great facilities, excellent location. These guys know how to get results!
I highly recommend everyone visiting Ultimate Performance Personal Trainers Sydney, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change. If you don't take steps to change, you won't know how amazing this place is. My professional trainer Dom, he spent countless hours explaining the whole process to me and was very patient in making me fully understand the whole process of change, and kept telling me never give up, I can do it, and also change my perception of food mentality and correcting all my wrong training and getting the right professional training. I use the UP app every morning, I log my weight, water intake, meals, sleep time every day, the up app will show my progress, which will motivate me even more to achieve my goals. You will totally see the amazing changes taking place in your body. Dominic is a very professional coach and has been very supportive of me throughout. With his help, my body has begun to transform a lot. Dominic is a very kind, caring and professional person, he always gave me a lot of confidence in every training session and always told me not to give up, you can do it. Every training session always presents me with a new challenge, and I never knew I could do it too. Finally all the staff at UP are equally friendly and supportive and you are definitely worth every penny and commitment in the end.
