Great gym CBD very popular if your trying to meet people. Go Found some container thing put it between staff only sign. Had some sort of substance in it. Can't find your number to text. I was there at 8.15 pm Saturday 28 March. Maybe see who dropped in from cameras I found it under a bench. No staff so slid it under staff only sign. No idea what it was.

Place is a SCAM, should have spent the time to read all of the recent bad reviews before coming. I run sales teams all over Australia and NZ so I’m all for closing deals but the experience here was not good. First mistake was taking my payment before filling in the required form, paid $30 which is no problem but when filling in the form I was told I had to pay an extra $15 for a towel. When I said I didn’t need one and I always wipe down equipment I was told to either go home or pay $15 insinuating the $30 was non refundable. A few things here …. A. The towels are $10 and she tried to charge me more. B. Being forced to choose between loosing money or paying more is never a good look. C. After agreeing to pay $10 it turns out that I was the only person in the gym with a towel!!!! Machinery is old and broken, don’t come here, unless you like being ripped off, bad equipment and pushy con artists. Looking forward to the response to tell me that it’s not them it’s me 😂

I’ve been a member for 3 years and have really appreciated the facilities and convenient location. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. I understand it is my responsibility to keep track of my contract, though after a couple of years it can be easy to lose track. I was not notified when my contract expired, which led to some confusion. A simple reminder would be helpful for members. Additionally, I reached out with an enquiry but did not receive a response. Improved communication would enhance the overall experience. Overall, I value the gym and hope these points can be considered.
