Walked in the store gave the young lady my bag and off the back she had a very bad attitude. Proceeded to go look at the wigs n found two I wanted to try on. Went to the front to ask for a stocking cap she tell me 50¢ I had no cash but found 44¢ n asked if she can charge me 6 cent once I purchase my items. The attitude was out this word like I pissed in her coffee. She tells me no it has to be cash. I told her I didn't piss in her cereal this morning n check her attitude. The security guard decide to walk up in my face n push up on me. Don't shop here the parking lot is empty for a reason. Never spending my here!!
I brought 2 pairs of scrubs for work from this store. The size was absolutely not what was indicated on the packaging when I got home and tried them on. I returned to the store with all the items still in the packaging exactly as I purchased them with the receipt, and was told they would not exchange them for a different size. Terrible customer service!!! Now I have totally wasted $60 on scrubs for work that I cannot wear. Just ridiculous! Will never shop here again!!!
This is the only place I buy my wigs from. The prices are always reasonable.
