I have had a very frustrating experience with Ultra Safe Pest Control. I have repeatedly called to cancel my pest control service, but despite my requests, they continue to show up and bill me. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of communication—no one ever calls me back to address the issue. It feels like my concerns are being completely ignored, and it’s unacceptable to continue servicing and charging a customer after multiple cancellation attempts. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for customer service. However the techs do a good job.

I paid nearly $3,000 for a full rat removal and exterior exclusion. Within a year, something chewed straight through one of the areas Ultra Safe sealed. When I contacted them, instead of standing behind their work, they told me the 3‑month warranty had expired and tried to sell me a $199 “discounted inspection.” To be clear: this wasn’t a new issue — it was a failure of the original exclusion. A properly sealed entry point should not be chewable. I expected accountability and professional follow‑through for the price I paid. What I got instead was an upsell. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them based on how they handled a clear workmanship failure.

Ultrasafe was recently purchased by Ned's home, if I'm correct.. I canceled my service with ultrasafe last March . I was told that I was all set ..now that Ned's has purchased the company ...they're sending me almost a year later an overdue Bill... no matter how I explained to them.. I was told that everything was all set in march of 2025 they insist I have to pay $395 .. I've made many phone calls to them they always say they'll call back and they never call back ..I will never do business with this company ever again I will let all my neighbors my extreme dissatisfaction with this company ..this is my perception of how they've handled me.. I've never dealt with a company so difficult to work with... in my opinion I personally feel that they have stolen $395 from me that is how I feel

I contacted Ultra Safe Pest Management after spotting a mouse and some droppings, but the experience has been a major disappointment. The Cost vs. Value: The initial service fee is $595, which feels incredibly steep considering the technician was only on-site for about 30 minutes. For that price, I expected a thorough intervention. Instead, they only set six traps and closed a few entry points. The Service Limitations: The inspection was incomplete. They were unable to inspect my attic because it is "unfinished" and lacks a catwalk. I would expect a professional pest control company to have the equipment or expertise to inspect common attic spaces, as that is a primary area for rodent activity. The Results (or lack thereof): Despite the high cost and the 12-month contract that they try to force you into, they have not caught a single mouse. When I called to express concern, I was told it "takes time" (about two weeks). However, even after the follow-up appointment, there have been zero results. Summary: I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of results. Paying nearly $600 for 30 minutes of work and a few traps—without actually solving the problem—is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want effective pest control and value for your money. 1/22/26 As requested I called Ultrasafe on 1/14/26. I spoke with Justin who said "he wanted to make things right" he said he would call me in 30 minutes. I today is 1/22/26. I still have NOT received a call back as discussed. It appears that customer service is also not the best.

5/5 service! We called yesterday in need of urgent extermination of a wasp nest on our house. Spoke with Justin on the phone who was kind, responsive, and informative. We were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. John showed up promptly and was equally kind and informative. He did great work in a quick and safe manner. Will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend this team!

The young lady who came out to do service was extremely thorough. She asked where I have seen mice recently and previous. She just went above and beyond! Excellent technician and service.
