The food itself was amazing! By far the best ramen I have had. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the broth was divine. Unfortunately, aside from that, it was not a great experience. Our server was kind at first, but into the first 20 minutes, it began to go downhill. It started with simple refills of water (which we had to ask for after said 20 minutes), then our boba that we ordered. We requested it during the first 10 minutes of our stay and got it after an hour (after others who had come in behind us) even with asking about it multiple times. At the end, the boba itself was pretty good, but the unfit and curt service was subpar. The place itself deserves the love, just maybe not all of its servers.

I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, and there was no one in here. Not just customers, no staff at all. I waited around for a couple minutes and ended up leaving.

The food was great!!! We’ve been looking for a good Ramen place ever since relocating to Kentucky, and found it. The waiters are very attentive.
