If we could give this business a negative 5 we would. They came with a tour bus for nights and never paid us. Christopher Kyte the tour guide at check in told us he would bring down the check and avoided the sales manager and front desk staff. On the last day he emailed two, what he said, were personal credit cards but both declined. They got on their bus and left without paying us. Approximately $5000.00. Mr Kyte, as well as operations manager and general phone number and contact form filled out on their website and no one would call us back. I would never use this tour company if looking for one. They take your money and then never pay the venue. Disgusting business

Worst trip, EVER!!

This spring Uncommon Journeys put together a short tour in California which included 2 days in Yosemite. We had never been there before so they suggested an Itinerary that turned out to be one of the most perfect experiences we have ever had. Hotel accommodations in the nearby town of Oakhurst were perfect, and excellent restaurant suggestions were so helpful. They even arranged a 2 hr. Yosemite Valley tour that was awesome. To top off an already wonderful trip, they arranged an upgrade for our Hotel room in the Iconic El Capitan Hotel in Merced, to the King Suite !!! The West Coast Swing train and cruise trip was more than expected, with varied scenic stops during the journey highlights, being Yosemite National Park and the train ride along the Pacific coast! Our transportation modes were the best ever for traveling in a small, cohesive group. Our group leader was fantastic, catering to our every need and desire. I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a remarkable cruise with Uncommon Journeys, and I can confidently say it was an experience like no other!
