I had a pretty large and dirty (dust/dirt from storage/transport) white 5 piece modular sectional cleaned by Rolando, and when you get a cleaning by these guys, they’ll send you pictures of the after. And the pictures I got REALLY don’t do this job justice😂there’s awful lighting in my home, and shadows were catching the corners/piping of my couch, that made it look like there was no difference in some spots. but I got home later in the day and saw it in-person, and it’s amazing! Thank you guys very much, I hope the before and after photos are good!

Rolando is knowledgeable about different rugs. He's an expert on how to clean them (not steam clean).Ours are expensive hand-woven wool rugs that required him to take them to his shop. He returned in the 3 week time-frame he gave us, and the look beautiful. We are very happy with his professionalism, knowledge and service, and highly recommend under The Rug!

Rolando was on time and ,most important, has great customer service and professional. Under The Rug offers the prices in all of San Diego county. Very reasonable prices. Under The Rug is a great family owned and operated and can be summarized as, when great quality meets great pricing. Highly recommended for sure.
