Very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. Be prepared to remove all furniture underneath the rug (s) to be cleaned. The company does not move any furniture or furnishing.

Multiple stains came out of 26 yr old rug. Pick up and delivery offered, inc moving the tables on top of rug. Happy not to have to buy new! Called other places that either refused to try cleaning it or charged more.
