My husband and I used primo for our wedding alterations and were so thrilled with the results. They were confident in the alterations, transparent about pricing (very fair pricing compared to some quotes I received) and had lovely welcoming customer service! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Primo altered a lot of our clothes. Joe, Carolina and Lua are fantastic. Customer service is outstanding. They need to be your go to tailors and seamstresses.

Oh my gosh! Delayed review! But better late than never. I called around looking for someone who could adjust the neckline of my sweetheart wedding dress. The fit was okay except I just wanted move coverage on top. I went to 3 places total, and Primo Alterations was the only place that said they could help--the others just said it wasn't possible to add coverage. Wow. So I go back here and tell Muna what I needed for the top, as well as how I needed the bottom hemmed to accommodate how my dress would be painted on the bottom. Muna and her team were so helpful and the results came out perfect. The dress fit me like a glove, I was able to walk around without tripping, and the experience was pleasant. I would say that Primo is more expensive, but you honestly get what you pay for. You get quality work with experienced seamstresses. When it comes to wedding dresses, they will find a solution when others won't even bother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding dress alterations.
