Took my car in to get fixed and the customer service was genuine, no fluff, and no bs which I appreciate. Prices were fair and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and work with my time and schedule!! Unique Auto Appearance, from my experience, deserve 5+ stars for the service they provided. I live out of state and purchased their VIP car detail package as a Christmas gift for my mom over the phone. They took it upon themselves to hand deliver the gift certificate directly to my mom on Christmas Eve at her house as I had just purchased a couple days before. This is all on top of their exceptional detail work that made my mom’s car look brand new inside and out- quite literally. Thank you Amir and Randy (and your crew) very much! Highly recommend this detail shop. Randy and the team does excellent work. I had my son-n law's SUV detailed after they raised 2 kids in the back seat.
