The wash itself is good most the time (if you use the automated one on the left side). it's the management that get's the 1 star review. i had an issue with the rigjt side wash & they provided me a coupon code that expired before i even got to use it. i informed them the date i was going to come in next to use it & it expired a second time & i havent heard back from them since.

Worst experience ever, tried the hand wash method using a credit card. Worst experience, I paid but the instructions on the machine were not clear so I paid to use it then cancelled by accident thinking I was selecting a wash. I was charged 10$ then I tried again then was charged another 10$ trying to select a was. I reached out to Kevin to get a refund at least on the first attempt and no response by text or by phone. Not worth it, used to have subscription plan to auto machine but overpriced and not worth it being I had to pay to vaccum my car. Wash ICT is way better, cheaper, higher quality washes and 24/7 free vacuums.

This wash has no brushes to destroy your paint. It's always clean and well looked after. Problems are addressed very well and the staff , if they happen to be on the premises are friendly and helpful. Yes they are present. Recently installed new equipment works great . Been going here for several years . A run through the automatic with a quick wipe down and the car shines.

Great options and great wash. Good foam from brush and good quality brush head. Used my card and washed for about 15 mins. Total was $12.65 (tax included).

Great car wash. I actually subscribed to the top tier package and haven't really had any issues that were their fault! Even when that happened they were pretty transparent with information. The number in the app does not get you the personal attention but the phone on the sign at the wash gets you Kevin. Response to texts seem pretty timely and always get what you need!
