United Party Rentals

This is the best one stop shop in greater Sacramento area for party rentals. My family has been using this family owned business for 15+ years. Tables, chairs, cocktail tables or tents- they have it all. This is a “small” business but yet they handle business like the “big guys” and won’t let you down. Very reasonable priced as well. Highly recommend.

I found the staff to be pleasant, helpful, and their tables and chairs in good shape. Yes, the table tops have seen better days, but they’re supposed to be covered so it was not an issue. They were sturdy and worked as expected. Service was quick, accommodating, and I would highly recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely horrible experience renting from this Mickey Mouse business. I rented tables and chairs from these guys for an event. First off the business is not welcoming at all or know what customer service is. The Tables and chairs are in horrible condition, they’ll show you something and put something else in your truck. They will also charge you a $30-35 non refundable Damage Waiver fee without explaining what that’s about. When I went to return the items and asked about the damage waiver fee I got “it’s a fee we charge for wear and tear on our items” in response. You can take a look at the pictures and see the condition of the tables when I picked them up, obviously that Damage Waiver fee isn’t being used towards their crappy tables and chairs. Dirty table clothes, wobbly chairs, scratched/chipped up tables with loose sloppy legs. I don’t mind paying the fee if the items were half way in decent condition but they are rough. I don’t see how this place is still in business. Save your money and rent from somebody else. There’s a decent place off of Laguna who have better pricing and product. Just to show you what type of business they are you can see the pictures of the 2 signs the front desk welcomes you with. Absolutely horrible customer service over priced and janky equipment.

I needed tables and chairs, last minute. I called ahead to ensure United had what I needed, and spoke with Shalvin. He was super nice and knowledgeable. I was able to drive over and pickup everything we needed right away. They loaded everything for me and the process was seamless. Not to mention the incredibly reasonable prices. Highly Recommend! I will definitely return for all my future events. Thank you so much United!
