One of my favorite United Rentals branches. The provide amazing customer service, they are very knowledgeable, and are really helpful.
UPDATE: I went back the next day to rent out the machine I needed for another day. Jason was at the front desk again. I was hesitant when I saw him, but to my benefit Jason was really polite and helpful today. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day yesterday, which as humans we can understand, but his attitude was completely different and he served as an excellent employee today. I’ll be changing my review after today, I’m satisfied with the service. Jason is unprofessional.He doesn’t answer questions-hears you and just ignores you. He has knowledge of the equipment, but doesn’t help you figure out what you need, condescending. His job is to help people rent out machines and answering questions about them, he doesn’t do this. Disappointed with the service.
My Rep Jason Viodes was very responsive and set up my reservation without any delay. The equipment was in perfect condition and worked out great! The lift was picked up in a timely manner.
Having the tractor and delivery was very good however I will never trust this company again with my debit card information. I was charged 5 times that put my family out over $4k and it has taken four days and involving the bank to even have this company find out what happened. And I still have not seen my money back into my account yet! The persons I was speaking to would not look into this issue until I pushed further action and did not believe it was an error on their end which was not acceptable. I asked to speak to someone higher up and still have not been able to. I do not trust this company.
