Terrible service. The person at the front desk was in a bad mood the entire time and acted like she was doing us a favor. She didn't explain the policies to us. We rented on Friday and couldn't return the rental the same day; we returned it today and she charged us for a whole week.

Asked about a scissor lift, told it’s there and first come first served. Morning of (next day) I called to verify it was on the lot before I drove down and was told they can’t rent it to me because it’s reserved multiple times with multiple customers. So I guess it is possible to reserve it.
