Great shop and will go there in the future if I have to. Good hardworking and honest people, im glad. Ray did a good job on my truck for a reasonable price. I recommend United Transmission for sure!

The shop charges $150 for diagnostics as of 2025. What they don't mention upfront is that they sometimes cannot fix the problem diagnosed. So you might pay the diagnostic fee without getting any actual repair done.

OK... This whole shop is full of wonderful people!!! How often do you find mechanics with integrity that really care? I was recommended to them by Don's Tires in Berkeley when my Dodge Caravan's transmission went out, and I could not be happier with the result. Michelle and Ray really took care of me throughout the process, and I never felt like I was being overlooked or oversold. (And they really know their stuff.) We need more people in the world like them!!!
