We booked the tour through Go City, the bike store is Unlimited. The reservation was very easy to be completed. And the reply was very quickly. Michael is a good guide. We rode the bike comfortably. Golden bridge is a great place to visit. We like the experience.

Had a fabulous day exploring San Francisco with Nithin, saw so much stuff and he explained so much. Was totally worth the tour, would recommend upgrading to an E-bike, worth it. I haven't biked in about 10 years and I made it no problem. Amazing the ground you cover on this tour. Thanks for the great day Nithin with Unlimited Biking, Fisherman's Wharf!!

Had a wonderful tour guide - Ben - who showed me parts of San Francisco that I would have never discovered on my own! Biking really is the best way to see the city!

Ben was outstanding, made sure we saw all we wanted to see, got photos of the sites, and happened to order perfect weather for the tour! Clearly passionate about this city and it's rich history- ask for Ben when you book!

I visited the location on Haight St. The employe3 who helped me, Cat, was amazing. Very friendly and was great with customers. There was a family in front of me and I had a chance to see the care she exhibited to make sure everything was set up and good to go with them. I’d give her 10 stars ⭐️ if that was the scale. She was great working with me to get my seat and everything just right before I left. Next time I’m in San Francisco and need a bike your shop is at the top of the list! When I dropped off the bike Jodi was super nice and took care of the return. ⭐️
