Just wanted to shout out to Craig who helped me decide on the best footwear to support me in my health journey. Sadly I didn’t make it back to the store during my stay in Edinburgh but will be going to my local store to pick up the recommendation! Thanks for your attentive advice and for teaching me the heel lock technique. Life changer!

Visited the store on 31/7/25 in the afternoon and I was assisted by a very friendly and lovely staff who was very informative and patient. She was not pushy at all and I did not feel the pressure to have to purchase anything after she helped me with gait analysis. The store didn’t keep a particular brand I wanted to try, otherwise I would 100% purchase something from this store.

Came in store today because recently got into running and was really excited to get some advice and purchase my first pair of running shoes. Was completely blanked first walking in and staff completely ignored me and made me feel really uncomfortable, while they were talking amongst themselves ignoring the fact I was there looking at shoes. I was the only person in the whole store at this point. Really upset honestly at the rudeness I’ve just faced and can’t quite believe it. Almost made me feel like I was prejudged coming into the store for some reason. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere in my life. I was 100% set on buying some shoes today from here but will be purchasing elsewhere now.

Called in to replace my existing running shoes. Craig assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my needs to try and find the best replacement for me (with great patience). Unfortunately didn't purchase this time, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The staff were massively knowledgeable and helped guide me (a beginner) in which shoes would suit me. I undertook a free gait analysis and was encouraged to run on the treadmill for as long as I liked with each different pair of shoes I tried on. No pressuring for sales from the staff, just friendly and supportive interaction. Would definitely recommend.
