Absolutely brilliant! Corrie was amazing - he helped me find the right trainers for me after performing analysis of my running technique. He was so helpful, informative and friendly. He went above and beyond to help and was able to ensure I found the right pair of trainers. Nothing was too much trouble! Wonderful store with friendly staff and a great range of products! 😊

Just wanted to jump on here and give a shout out to Harry. Had been into Sports Direct and Decathlon before realising I hadn't a clue what to look for. Was about ready to go home before popping into Up & Running and being assessed by Harry. Was brought out a selection of shoes tailored to what I was looking for (a bouncy one good for a marathon). Super friendly, super helpful, could not recommend enough. Hope Harry gets to see this!

I had a brilliant experience here. The person attending me was very patient and kind, and explained everything in a lot of details. I felt a little nervous about getting this gait analysis (not sure why!) but it was such a great and enjoyable process. And we found the perfect shoes and left happy. Thanks again!

Had a fantastic experience today buying my first proper running shoes. I completed C25K in July and since increasing distance I've had hip pain so wanted a gait analysis and shoe recommendation. Corrie was brilliant, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. So happy with my purchase and can't wait to get out in them ✌️

Had a great experience at Up & Running Leeds City Centre. Harry helped me with a gait analysis on the treadmill and brought out several pairs based on my needs. He identified supportive shoes and ended up going with a pair of ASICS. He was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and kind throughout. Felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommend the store and Harry in particular if you’re new to running or want expert advice.
