Updawg Pet Hotel & Daycare

I am extremely impressed with Updawg Hotel & Daycare, it's very clean, the staff is knowledgable and very friendly. Any nervousness I had about bringing our pups here for the first time disolved as I watched how excited other pups were as they arrived, tails wagging and huge puppy smiles!! Even better, the staff knew the arriving pups by name and greeted them with hugs and snuggles!!

STORY TIME! Travis (the boss man) is wonderful, I had to travel to New York for a week and last minute found out my friend couldn't watch my cat. With just an hour of time we were able to figure out boarding, care, diet, and concerns as well as working with my very slim budget. Usually i dont share financials but last minute timing left me broke. The friendly staff at Updawg let me put down a deposit knowing i wouldnt be able to pay in full right away. After returning from New York and getting ripped off by a hotel and still not receiving my deposit, Travis was willing to let me pay the rest off when i got paid the following Friday. Updawg not only kept me updated on the status of my fur baby, but sent photos of him as well, with the app you can keep in touch throughout the day with staff which is an amazing feature for anyone anxious and missing their pet. The rooms are exactly that, rooms not a cage or kennel, several perches and cubbies to hide in as well as a large window to peak from i would bet their room was larger than the one at my own hotel. I highly recommend them to anyone who has to leave town for a bit and has updated immunizations and vaccinations for their pet. I had no idea a place like this existed let alone that it would be filled with wholesome real understanding people, who genuinely care. I will be traveling back and forth between Spokane and NYC for the next year or so and i couldnt think of anyone i would trust more than the folks at Updawg!

I love dropping my dog here. He absolutely loves it. He’s gets to socialize & run around to burn out some of that puppy energy that he still has. The staff is all nice & friendly, but I think Grace is Leo’s favorite person there. He run straight to the desk to see if she’s back there to say hi. He adores her.

Knowledgable, friendly and cheerful staff who love all the pets! Clean and well run. You and your pet are always greeted with a smile. I love how every dog in the room greets your pup, too! Travis and staff make an effort to get to know your dog, and we appreciate the personal care. Boarding at Updawg is also a positive experience with private suite accommodations and easy booking. A report card is provided at pick up with detailed comments about the stay. Our Golden, Maple is a regular and absolutely loves seeing her friends at Updawg!

I love the employees and my dog seems to love it. It's always clean and they're super friendly. I love that they offer nail grinds and baths. My dog comes here for boarding and daycare pretty often, and we plan to keep coming! The staff are willing to work with people which is awesome. I sometimes forget to give my doggo breakfast and they feed him or mix up the day I'm picking him up from boarding and they call to clarify. 🤦🏼‍♀️
