Updog is a clean, cozy, comfortable studio with indoor and outdoor spaces to get your practice on to suit your whims. The owner, Annie, is fully tuned into the daily operations, and Kris remains my fave instructor. She has the sneakiest way of kicking butt and sending you home smelling like lavender and lemongrass. What more could you want from a yoga studio?

Updog provides a beautiful space for hot yoga (and patio yoga)! It is a clean space and I love that there is plenty of room to move around and towels to borrow. Keep up to date with their newsletter or social media to see what fun events and specials they offer month to month!

I recently joined some friends for a Breathwork session at Updog Yoga in Tulsa, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! Our instructor, Sue, wove pure magic with her quartz crystal singing bowls, setting a vibe that was both calming and profound. At first, I was unexpectedly teary—the sounds really stirred something deep—but by the end, I was so relaxed I drifted off to sleep. Sue’s thoughtful touch of handing out lavender-scented towels to place on our foreheads or chests elevated the whole experience to another level of bliss. The studio itself is pristine and inviting, with tasteful decor and beautifully painted walls that make it feel like a little sanctuary. The bathrooms are spotless, and they’ve got you covered with borrowable gear like mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You’re welcome to bring a drink into the session, and there are lockers for your belongings—such a nice perk! Sue is a phenomenal teacher, and everything she brought to the class was perfection. I’m already counting down to next month’s return with my crew, and we’re aiming to bring more friends along for the ride. Updog Yoga is a Tulsa treasure—do yourself a favor and check it out!
