Melanie was amazing to work with for my Birthday event decor! I reached out to her at the last minute and not only was her communication great, but she was very flexible and helped bring my ideas to life. I wen’t with a two-colour balloon arch over an amazing backdrop and she helped put it together. I can’t wait to recommend Upglow to all my family/friends with event decor needs in the future!

The marquee letters at our wedding were everything! They added such a magical glow to the whole atmosphere ☺️ it honestly felt like something out of a fairytale. Obsessed with how beautiful they looked. They brought such a fun and personal vibe to the celebration, and I couldn’t have loved them more! A special thank you to Melanie for helping pick them out and bringing everything together — it wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Great experience with Melanie from Upglow! We rented the 4-0 numbers for a surprise birthday party. They were a big hit, exactly as advertised and made a big statement. The pickup was easy and she took the time to go through the setup and take down process. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the marquees numbers from Upglow! What a professional and kind service they provided. It was my partners 30th birthday and although I wasnt able to get the balloons up in time for the gathering, the numbers were more than enough! Thank you again Upglow for adding on to the special night and being so flexible and understanding with my moving situation!
