I used Quality entertainment for the Actuarial Students' National Association convention at the West In hotel in Ottawa. We had 900 students and over 300 company reps. We had photobooths for 4 events, a dj, and casino tables. It was truly incredible weekend with Quality! We were so impressed with everything. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team to have worked with. Emilly was so fabulous during the entire planning process, always answering my questions, being patient with my responses, and providing excellent guidance. I worked with her from October to January and she always responded so promptly and connected directly with our event representative from the West in hotel, which made logistics much easier for me. Emilly also worked with encore, the av company employed for the convention. At the convention the Quality team took care of all the loading of equipment independently. We even had a power outage on the Friday and they still set up just in case during the power outage and then promptly got everything set when power resumed. Ariana, our photo booth attendant was fabulous. She was so kind and fantastic to all of our attendees. Doug our DJ was also incredible. He kept the vibe amazing and took so many song requests as well! He integrated my requested music and on site student French song requests seamlessly into the Line up!! Thank you so much to Quality on behalf of ASNA convention. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area for an event.

Excellent night with Quality Entertainment, the casino night was so much fun, the staff are fantastic Nelly was our pit boss and she as so friendly and helped show our staff how to play. Highly recommend them for a fun and enjoyable experience. Will definitely use them again. Karen

We had Quality Entertainment come in to set up an entire video dance party, and from start to finish, they absolutely nailed it. The setup team’s execution was flawless, the DJ kept the energy up all night, and the entire experience, from planning to teardown, was seamless. Every person we dealt with was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The music, lighting, and atmosphere were all on point, and our guests haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had. It was an exceptional experience, and I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about this team. Highly recommend!

We rented sound and light equipment for our son's wedding and were responsible for pick up and return. I just want to say the people here were friendly, kind, and patient. I had a couple of friends that do sound and they were professionally shown all the attributes of the equipment we rented. Returning the equipment was fast and easy as well. We had a wonderful chat with the person who greeted us, with a huge smile, and they were genuinely interested in how the event went. Not just their equipment but the overall vibe. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic DJ and Photo Booth for our Wedding! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Quality Entertainment for our wedding at the Brookstreet Hotel on May 3, 2025. From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless and easy. We loved their online portal, which made it so simple to submit all our wedding details and song requests in one place. Our DJ, Dave, was incredible! He was so professional and curated the perfect playlist that had everyone on the dance floor all night long. He really understood the vibe we were going for and created such a fun and energetic atmosphere. The photo booth was also a massive hit with our guests! It was set up early, was super easy to use, and came with great props. It added so much fun to the reception. We can't recommend Quality Entertainment enough for their amazing service!
