Upside Down Events were fantastic to work with at a recent wedding at Gunners Barracks. Their team did a beautiful job coordinating the ceremony and creating a lovely atmosphere for the couple and their guests. They were organised, calm, and very easy to work with onsite. We worked with Upside Down Events for the flowers at our wedding reception on 21 February at the Establishment Ballroom Sydney and had a wonderful experience. I originally found them on Instagram and loved their style straight away. Amy and Lilac are incredibly talented at creating floral arrangements that feel special and thoughtfully designed. Instead of the typical wedding setups you often see (like simple clusters of white roses and large candles), they really design the flowers to match the overall look and feel you’re going for. I asked for something timeless and classy but still interesting and unique, which is quite a vague brief and perhaps contradictory but they understood it perfectly. They only used real flowers, and the reception decorations turned out stunning. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were and said the whole setup looked very artistic and “designer” than what they are used to seeing. Most of all, I absolutely loved my bouquet. It was elegant and classic to match my dress, but still had a unique touch that made it feel special. Highly recommend Amy and Lilac at Upside Down Events if you’re looking for beautiful, thoughtfully designed wedding florals.

Lilac was truly heaven-sent! From the very beginning, she was organised, professional, and completely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. We didn't know how to execute such an overwhelming day, but Lilac made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, timelines ran smoothly, and on the day itself we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything was in the best hands. A few little chaotic moments did arise during the reception and Lilac, like a champion, put out spot fires everywhere. Lilac's confident presentation, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference. We couldn’t have done it without her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
