Based on the responses I’m reading from whoever is responding, I’m sensing a pattern of neglect and disrespect at this location. I’m a secret shopper, and I’m glad I don’t come to your location, based solely on your responses to dissatisfied patrons. It sounds as though your management needs to be retrained. Just my opinion as a secret shopper with years of experience.
