Only asked for a receipt for a pair of jordans. This is the second time bringing this pair of Jordans back to the store because our shoelaces were dirty so we went ahead and changed the laces. now they don't want to take them, requesting we provide proof of purchase. I've worked with them for years and brought plenty of designer/name brand goods and they never questioned it. Very odd. Highly don't recommend.

The worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. They treat you like a peasant when you bring in clothes to sell. They offer hardly anything on top of that. The positive ? The store offers a great selection of clothing to purchase. The Burleson location has way nicer employees and everyone welcomes you there.

Love this store! Always can find great things or if I don’t it’s still fun to look around while my buy is being looked at. Oh speaking of buy the girl that looked at my clothes folded them nicer than I brought them in! Definitely coming back

Love this place they always text me their latest coupons sales and promotions. They always have a great vast selection of items. Great employees. Great atmosphere.

Such a cool place to shop! All name brands and such a big selection! I took some clothes up there yesterday and traded them in for store credit (my choice). They will give you cash on the spot but I chose the store credit option for the added 25%. Turned around and went on a shopping spree and only had to spend $4 out of my pocket! Can’t wait to go back. They are constantly putting out new stuff so every time you go you will find something new.
