Urban air was clean, offered great activities for the kids, and had a great staff! Amazing offering for the kids to burn off energy whenever the weather doesn’t permit our kiddos being able to go outdoors!
This is a great place for my different needs son to be himself and have a great time. He really enjoys jumping, which is also a great form of exercise. He’s not over stimulated by all the noise, he just blends right in!
They had earlier opening hours for the holidays so that was great! Waivers and checking in was easy. Staff were very helpful. Kids enjoyed it, although some of the play areas are very small and restrictive. There’s not too much to explore. Ball pit obstacle course and trampolines were fun. Pizza was gooood! I would highly recommend! A reasonable price too. Bathrooms are all the way in the back, but they have plenty. It was a fun time as always at Urban Air!
Wow, is all I can say. My son has been coming here 3–4 times over the last few years, and every visit has been fantastic. He’s made friends with the employees, and “Addison” greeted him as soon as we walked in. With so many kids coming and going all the time, it truly warms my heart that she remembers my son and is always so sweet and welcoming. Today, I brought his friend along, and Claudia checked us in. Both Addison and Claudia are absolutely top-notch when it comes to customer service, compassion, and friendliness. People often say the younger generation doesn’t have a work ethic—but that definitely does not apply here. Addison and Claudia are proof their parents raised them right! Huge shout out and appreciation to these two (and honestly, everyone who works here). It takes a special kind of person to handle all the noise and energy of so many kids with such grace and positivity. Thank you again, Addison and Claudia—you’re the best! 👏💫
This trampoline park caters well to children OVER the age of five, offering a variety of engaging activities tailored to that age group. However, it raises significant safety concerns for younger children, particularly those under five. Unfortunately, the other kids are not mindful of the littles exploring, understandably so. Before entering, I did attempt to gather information about designated areas for toddlers but found that the details were not communicated. Although I was encouraged to sign up for a membership at the front desk, I decided to explore the facility first, considering I had a three-year-old and a two-year-old and wasn't sure if they would even like it for their first time there. Glad I waited. There is a designated area for children under 52 inches tall; however, this section features more than one exit, which complicates the supervision of younger kids. Additionally, there were older children present in that area, which could be concerning. Moreover, aside from the basketball area, one slide and the designated jump zone highlighted in the video, there are limited trampoline options specifically for toddlers, especially considering the admission fee, which totaled $40.60 for two toddlers and 3 pairs of socks. On the positive side, the café within the park offers reasonably priced food and ample seating, creating a comfortable environment for families to enjoy a meal. Despite a summer program visit at the time, the facility did not feel overcrowded during my visit on a Monday. I purchased the required trampoline socks, but I noticed that the enforcement of sock regulations was inconsistent throughout the park. Cleanliness was well maintained considering the amount of people. One area that could improve is the service at the café, although the cafe were so sweet there was only one staff member managing and taking orders. This resulted in longer wait times and for a spill to sit for my entire meal. Overall, while the park is well-supervised, there appears to be a gap in customer service engagement from much of the staff, aside from the representative at the front desk. I intend to go back once the kids are older and they can enjoy what we’re paying for.
