Great experience at this Urban Air location for a birthday party! The staff were wonderful and so helpful throughout the process from booking to the party. Craig was super supportive through the whole booking process! Our party host Joddy was absolutely amazing! And the manager Laneesha was fantastic! They all made the party planning enjoyable and easy! Great place for kids! Would definitely recommend for a party or just a fun day!
This was my second time taking my daughters to this trampoline park. The first time they would announce a “sanitation time” about ever 30 minutes to an hour for kids to find the nearest hand sanitizer station and clean their hands. Now they skip that and the place is noticeably filthy. The ball pit balls which are supposed to be clear/whitish color were brown and cakes in dirt. The foam cube pit has a very distinct smell of body odor like the foam cubes are saturated in old sweat. Also the foam wraps over the obstacle course items are so worn down it’s almost like standing on straight metal and it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured there. My kids enjoyed their time but I won’t be taking them back anytime soon, I couldn’t wait to get them home and bathed.
I would give zero stars if possible. Last year, we held our son’s birthday celebration here and were allowed to bring in a cake even though we didn’t rent a birthday party room. The staff even provided balloons, which made the experience feel welcoming. Because of that positive experience, we returned this year expecting the same courtesy. Unfortunately, we were very wrong. This time, the assistant manager made our entire party go outside just so our son could have his cake. We have been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, we will not be returning. If you’re going to enforce rules, there needs to be consistency. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of this place is horrid. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the equipment itself was dirty and poorly maintained. For a facility geared toward children, this is completely unacceptable. We didn’t come just to use the facility and leave—we spent money here and planned a special day for our child. While I did speak with the manager and she apologized for the assistant manager’s actions, the damage was already done. This experience was disappointing, embarrassing, and unacceptable, and it has cost you a long-time customer.
We’ve always enjoyed coming to Urban Air, which is why we purchased the summer pass—but unfortunately, today’s experience was a major letdown. The facility was noticeably dirty, and the bathrooms were in especially poor condition. It made the entire visit feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. We ended up skipping the food because if the visible areas were this unclean, we were concerned about what the kitchen might be like behind the scenes. Staff also seemed disengaged—more focused on chatting with each other than attending to guests or maintaining the park. Many attractions were closed, which added to the disappointment. Urban Air promotes itself as the “cleanest indoor trampoline park,” but based on what we saw today, that claim doesn’t hold up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because we’ve had great experiences in the past and would love to return under better conditions.
We were very disappointed with our visit. There was construction debris lying around, completely unsecured - a serious safety issue, especially for families with kids. The restrooms were filthy and smelled awful. Drinking fountains were out of order. Several attractions were also closed without any notice. For such a high price, we expected much better service. We won’t be coming back, and we definitely don’t recommend it to others
