Celebrated my son's 13th Birthday party. It was an amazing experience. The host Mohamed was amazing!! So happy we had him. The place was endless fun* The kids did not want to leave. Very clean bright and spacious. Lots of parking available too. I have no regrets 😌.

We visited Urban Air in Parsippany on Sunday, January 4th, arriving around 1:30 PM, with three kids. We were there to see if it was a good fit for purchasing an annual membership, but a serious safety issue completely changed our experience. Initially, the kids were having fun. In the “dodgeball” area, however, a larger child, still a minor, was aggressively bullying multiple kids. This went far beyond rough play. He punched my 11 year old multiple times and was also hitting other younger children. The behavior was ongoing, visible, and not addressed. The problem was not the kids involved and not the young employees on the floor. It was the lack of active management and safety procedures. My kids were told they needed to speak with a manager, but the only option was to wait in a long, crowded ticket line. There was no visible manager on the floor and no immediate way to handle an active safety issue. I approached a very young staff member wearing a yellow shirt, who followed his training and redirected me back to the same line. This reflects a failure in management policies, staffing structure, and training, not employee effort. For a venue offering high energy activities like dodgeball, constant supervision and immediate intervention should be standard. Parents are paying significant money with the expectation of a safe environment. We were forced to leave around 4:00 PM, despite planning to stay longer, because it was no longer safe for my child. If management wants to review the incident, it should be visible on security cameras between 3:00 and 4:00 PM on January 4th, 2026. Until management improves supervision, visibility, and procedures for handling bullying and violence, I cannot recommend this location for families or long term memberships. Safety should come first, and that responsibility lies with management.

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Urban Air and had a great experience. They were kind enough to let us in 30 minutes early, which made setup and getting the kids settled so much easier. Ordered food from them and the sandwich platter was so good! The park itself is huge and very clean. Highly recommend getting the platinum package. The staff was very nice, communicative and easy to reach throughout the entire process, from planning to the actual party. Everything ran smoothly, and the kids had an amazing time. We held last year’s party at the other Urban air location (South Hackensack, check out my review there for all the issues ha!) and we were not as happy. You have to call multiple times to get your questions answered. This location is 10x better, they have better stuff (laser tag, zip line) and we were willing to drive 30 min further even though we live 5 min away from Hackensack. Book them! :)

We recently celebrated my child's birthday party at Urban Air, and it was a huge hit! The kids had an absolute blast, and the party was beautifully organized. One of the highlights was the variety of activities available - from trampolines to laser tag, there was something for every child to enjoy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the floor manager "Will", who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was good, but I did feel that the options were a bit limited. With so many hungry kids running around, it would be great to see a few more choices added to the menu. Overall, though, the kids had an amazing time, and the party was a huge success. I would definitely recommend Urban Air for any kids' party - the activities, staff, and overall atmosphere make it a fantastic venue with ample parking!
