Visit date: 1/10/26 Jaja is AMAZING!!! She was SO kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable about every question I asked. The ENTIRE staff today was FANTASTIC! I SUCK at technology, they ALL went out of their way to walk me through the waivers and buying tickets. Not only that, the event staff was SO caring with the kids. A few got stuck on the obstacle course and they were wonderful 🙏🏽 Everyone at the concession was accommodating and fast with orders! Food was great! We 100% enjoyed our visit for an 8th birthday party on the fly (we did not book a party table). We had a FANTASTIC TIME! WILL BE BACK and will more than likely buy a pass! You are all awesome and I REALLY hope your manager reads this and tells you how amazing you are all doing! THANK YOU for making my daughter's birthday (on the fly bc I suck 😬) a complete success 🙌🏽 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve had a membership for 2 months and it’s my son’s favorite place to be. Everything is super clean and the staff is always very friendly. My fiend’s son had an accident there today and the staff had to help him off one of the climbing attractions. He was upset and embarrassed but they handled it like pros. After he was taken care of they vigorously cleaned the area. I HIGHLY recommend taking the kiddos there for a fun time, it’s well worth the membership price every month.

Son absolutely loves it here. He's always requesting to come to Urban Air. I think it's very cute. I am glad we have this in the area to come to to get some of his extra energy out. Lots of kids playing and happy all around and adults too. A good place to go to be around people and 😲🙏💕

One of the best trampoline parks I've ever seen. Has a zip line the kids did 10-20 times each. Lazer tag,dodgeball,foam/ball pit. Lockers to secure stuff. Party rooms, or a party table if you want to save a little money and not have a actual room. Dippin dots $5 each for our party we spent $100

The park itself is perfect.. kids enjoyed so much.. the staff members on the other side sucked. My kids wanted to zip line there which is why they always insist on coming here! I had to ask multiple staff member to open they said it was going to be at 6pm and did not open till 6:20p.. they were either giggling with each other and on the phones..
