Staff is nice and the atmosphere is fun for families - if you are an experienced bowler, do not come here. The lanes are not maintained and for anything other than rolling plastic in a straight line, they’re unplayable.

Kevin at the Bowling Alley was so nice and a great host !! We had to throw out our outside drinks due to policy, but he was very kind about it and even gave us extra time for the inconvenience!! Overall, great host, thanks Kevin !! :)

We went to play arcade with our daughter. There was a bartender named Chris that literally acted like a friend that I’ve known forever. He was super honest on every item he had and made the best of drinks. Each and every employee that we met here, welcomed us look us in the eye and smiled. It’s hard to find things like that nowadays.

Great staff, very nice service and the ambiance was amazing too. We wanted to do something indoor, something fun and not so tiring. Glad we chose this place. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Cincinnati.
