The manager Nick was informed about a very serious safety hazard. There are benches outside of variety of attractions including the dodgeball area. If a child falls towards the bench, that is suppose to be protected by the netting. They will absolutely hurt themselves because of the give or how loose the netting is. Infact this happened to my child and he was informed. He lied and said he checked it and there was no problem. In addition to being condescending and inconsiderate to the safety of children. I’d like this matter resolved and i hope other parents and the corporate office reads this review and nudge the manager Nick to start taking our children’s safety seriously. Betty the cafe manager was very considerate and caring about the fact that this is major safety issue. PS I’ve attached a picture for other parents to see what I mean. You can see how easy it is for anyone to get hurt. Just like my son did!

Just had my daughter’s 7th bday party here. Everything went smoothly. They gave us a little extra time to set up since the room was available earlier; I greatly appreciated this. Mohagani was our party host and she was attentive and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend hosting your party here.

Other than the pain in the butt check-in and payment procedure you're forced to do yourself while the workers are there to handout the socks(3$)🙄... it's a fun place to take your kids. I'm all for any activity that isn't them staring at a black mirror. It's ridiculous that they now charge you for the socks every time. I don't understand why you can't just re use a pair from the previous trips. But they gotta milk you for everything little thing they can

Recently visited this place. The facility needs deep cleaning. The slides area for little kids was filled with hair, dirts, food crumbs etc. And part of that area was no light? We climbed in dark in that area.

We went here for my grandsons birthday and All i have to say is These kids, Workers need a Raise and I Applaud 👏🏽 them for the work they do. One kid was left behind the concession stand to handle orders coming in and food going out. Another girl was in charge of Dodgeball and she was trying her Best to keep the kids in order.
